Spin-off of the meat processing machinery division from Eisenwerke Düker, Laufach and foundation of Düker-REX Fleischereimaschinen GmbH. Long-standing REX employees Sören Bauer, Alexander Hock and Matthias Kunkel have been appointed as managing directors of the new company. The existing offices, assembly halls and warehouses on the premises of Eisenwerke Düker will continue to be used for the time being.
