The MBF 150 burger former, which is connected directly to the outlet of the vacuum filler, forms the portion with optimum stability. The raw mass can be produced into uniform, perfectly shaped slices or special shapes with minimal effort. The transparent cover plate guarantees precise and stable shaping. The manual burger shaper makes it easy to shape a wide variety of product masses.
