REX WATER CALIBRATION DEVICE

The REX water calibration device improves the automatic linking of natural casing sausages of the same length and caliber and is extremely easy to use and can be attached to the rigid casing holding device 400 in just a few simple steps without the use of tools. The required water supply is provided via a hose with quick-release coupling and can be used for all products in sheep and pig casings. Immediately after linking, the sausages are passed through a calibrating tube corresponding to the desired product caliber and length, and are adjusted to the desired caliber and thus stretched to the same length.
The casing brake, and therefore the firmness of the products, can be adjusted during operation and the number of casing bursts is significantly reduced as a positive side effect.
