MANUAL BURGER FORMER MBF 80

The MBF 80 manual burger former in conjunction with the REX VACUUM FILLER is ideal for easily forming meat burgers, cevapcici, veggie products, cookies, buns or pet food, and the manual burger former makes it easy to form a wide variety of product shapes. The optional molded inserts are available with diameters from 20 to 80 mm, but oval outlet openings are also possible. The MBF 80 burger former, which is connected directly to the outlet of the vacuum filler, cuts the portion with optimum shape stability. The raw material can be cut into uniform, perfectly shaped slices or special shapes with minimal effort. Thanks to the particularly smooth surface of the material, very little food residue sticks to the MBF 80 burger former, ensuring a maximum hygienic basis and tasteless processing. The hygienic design also makes cleaning quick and easy. The manual burger former is easy to assemble and disassemble.
